WHOAMI

So, who am I?

My name is Christopher, and you probably found your way here through my LinkedIn.

I’m a Cybersecurity Professor at ECPI University, in North Carolina.

I hold a Master’s degree in Cyber Operations and a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security. I also have several industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). In addition, I’ve earned multiple NVIDIA certifications focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which reflects my growing interest in how AI and cybersecurity intersect.

My interest in technology started when I was a kid—I was always curious about how things worked and what made them tick. That curiosity eventually turned into a passion during my junior year of high school, when I first started learning about coding and cybersecurity. Since then, I’ve enjoyed continuously learning, experimenting, and expanding my skill set in an ever-evolving field.

Outside of my professional interests, I’m an all-around nerd. I enjoy playing video games like Warframe and Minecraft, watching science fiction shows and movies such as Star Trek: Voyager, Doctor Who, and Heroes, and generally diving into anything that sparks curiosity or creativity. I believe that curiosity—whether in tech, games, or storytelling—is what drives innovation and growth.
